COTELLIC ® is indicated for the treatment of adult patients with unresectable or metastatic melanoma with a BRAF V600E or V600K mutation, in combination with vemurafenib. COTELLIC®, as a single agent, is indicated for the treatment of adult patients with histiocytic neoplasms.
