Granisetron HCl is indicated for the prevention of : Nausea and vomiting associated with initial and repeat courses of emetogenic cancer therapy, including high-dose cisplatin. Nausea and vomiting associated with radiation, including total body irradiation and fractionated abdominal radiation.
