GRAFAPEX is indicated in combination with fludarabine as a preparative regimen for allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation in adult and pediatric patients 1 year of age and older with acute myeloid leukemia (AML). GRAFAPEX is indicated in combination with fludarabine as a preparative regimen for allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation in adult and pediatric patients 1 year of age and older with myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS).
