Herpes Zoster Infections : Acyclovir tablets is indicated for the acute treatment of herpes zoster (shingles). Genital Herpes : Acyclovir tablets is indicated for the treatment of initial episodes and the management of recurrent episodes of genital herpes. Chickenpox: Acyclovir tablets is indicated for the treatment of chickenpox (varicella).
