CARBAGLU is indicated in adult and pediatric patients as: Adjunctive therapy to standard of care for the treatment of acute hyperammonemia due to NAGS deficiency. Maintenance therapy for the treatment of chronic hyperammonemia due to NAGS deficiency. CARBAGLU is indicated in adult and pediatric patients as adjunctive therapy to standard of care for the treatment of acute hyperammonemia due to PA or MMA.
